    Had a bad week this week. Messed up a few also TOTM which did'nt help. So all in all i only lost 1lb. Was more than i thought it would be but still a little dissappointed but hey it was a loss.:confused:

    i have lost 50lbs so far and started this the end January. This week i have felt tempted and gave in. I want to resist but i just could'nt. I need to get back into this but am not sure how too. Any advice, feel so guilty and ashamed of myself.:cry:

    had weigh in yesterday and lost another 4lbs. now lost 50lbs exactly and am heading to the half way point. am reaaly proud of myself for sticking with it. hears to the next 50lbs. :)

    Why isn't this getting easier yet? :(

    you will feel better just take it one day at a time. the first week you do feel rubbish but when you have a weigh in it makes it all worth it. keep going and remember its not forever.

    VERY CRANKY

    sick with it. i had 9th weigh in today and lost 6lbs. so far since i started i have lost 40lbs. i have a long way to go but it definately worth it.
