    are you allowed to add flavour to the soup, i know salt is a no no as it retains water, but are you allowed to add chilli flakes or pepper etc? one guy´s diary does and another persons doesn´t, will just stick with plain sachet if it slows weight loss to add, but does it i ask you? :confused:
