    Hi All!

    Hi All, New to this but unfortunately not new to dieting. However, I started the Slimming World plan on the 29th January 2010 and have lost 24 lbs in 9 weeks, so really pleased and keen to stick to it.

    Considering changing my target

    I agree with all of the above, you've still got a bit to go to your target, so stick at it and when you are there redecide, you'll know yourself whats feels right and is healthy. Keep it up tho!
