hi all , well been on xenical for 9 DAYS NOW , really pleased as first weigh in fri and lost 5 pound, but have noticed my top gum is looking slight red and seem more sore than normal ,mhave you had this and if so does it go or do i need go to docs , THANKS

if food has say 10gr fat per 100gr but im only having half so 5gr fat for meal can i eat it , or is a no no to any food with over 5gr fat per 100r no matter how little you eat ,, thanks

hello everyone, so please i have found this site , i have stared taking orlistat, knew i had to have low fat but did not know about the 5g rule and boy have i paid , but can i ask it it total fat per 100gr or is it sat fats , thanks in advance :o
