    Just had the ultra sound treatment and some electric pulse thing today. Got some stretches to do then back for more treatment on Friday. If it doesn't work I have to have a cortisone injection into the sac which sounds like it will have to be a huge needle!

    Tinned fruit is a healthy extra b. think you can't have blended fruit as they are higher in calories generally. For example, blend 2 bananas and you have a pretty high calorie smoothie. Think they say you eat more if it's blended and with higher calorie things that could be pretty bad.
