Hi Guys, First time posting here.
I'm in a bit of a Dilemma, I'm a 27 year old Man, 6ft Tall and weigh in at 238lbs. I've got an endo-mesomorph body type and have to exercise constantly to maintain my weight.
What worries me is only 3 years ago I weighed a slight 165lbs. So I've piled 73lbs...
