    I should mention I was doing around an hour workout at least 4 times a week, I was doing a mix of treadmill and rowing machine. If you start using them all you can always use less.

    When I started pp when they first brought the plan out I used all my weeklies and I was losing 3lbs almost every week . I did have 3 1/2 stones to lose though. This week I haven't used a lot but if I want them I will use them because i know ill still lose if i use them.

    Try having scan bran it's high in fibre so makes you go to the toilet regular as long as you drink water as well. It actually makes me go a few hrs after eating it.

    Also when I fist did ww I found that I wasn't going to the toilet regular and i felt bloated so now I try to have scan bran to help. It's only 1pp for two I have it either topped with extra light Philly or I put it in the microwave with milk and it tastes like weetabix.

    I used I go to boots the night before getting weighed at class and it would always says I'd sts or lost 1/2 lb but when I'd get to class I'd of lost 3lbs. I wouldn't go by your your own because they won't be as accurate as the ww leaders ones.

    There should be a cardboard wheel at the back which I the calculator. The leader should of really showed you how to use it. You can download an app called ultimate value diary which has a calculator on and barcode scanner.

    I love the ww tomato soup, the ww chicken soup is also quite nice. I think its 2pp for the tomato, 3pp for the chicken and 1pp for the chicken noodle soup, not 100%. They great for a little snack.

    Your weight can fluctuate by 1-2lbs during the week so they probs wont be accurate, dont worry, just keep at it 100%. I used to weigh myself everytime i went into the bathroom, but now i have'nt got any scales and i feel so much more relaxed. Good luck for monday!
