    Alcohol

    As above, come out of ketosis and try and stick to vodka and light spirits as they dont have as much carb content. Dont even attempt to have alcohol whilst in ketosis as it dangerous.

    It does look smaller, I noticed it more in the second month to be honest, and for some reason the stomach is the last place for it to go and first place to put on which is very annoying. but keep up the good work, and keep a picture diary as you wont believe the difference a few weeks can make.

    Exante for 12 weeks?

    I done 12 weeks last time without cheating and without the add a meall i lost 76 lbs in that time. I am now back on it again to get even lower than before and because i have put a bit of weight back on over xmas. If you stick with it, exante TS works and fast and its not as hard as you think.

    I missed a meal

    I know exactly what you mean iv done the same on quite a few occasions. I just write it off and carry on with the 3 the next day. In the grand scheme of things i doubt it would make that much difference as long as its not a regular occurrence.

    I agree SammyE if hadnt have taken pics last time i wouldnt have noticed the difference too much. Now what i did enjoy was all the compliments i was getting from people i hadnt seen for a while, and im sure it'l be the same for you's all :)

    Week 5 weigh in

    Well had a busy last couple of weeks, done plenty of cycling aswell. This week i weighed in at 229lbs which makes the total loss to 37lbs now in 5 weeks :D starting to notice a big difference in my size now, and other people are starting to notice which is good.

    I have a semi active job and have always one a bit of hillwaking but i am still quite unfit compared to what i used to be. I find that if you take it fairly easy then its great and makes me feel even better, however push it and the lightheadedness rears its head.

    what jobs do we all do

    Im an electrical engineer, basically what i do is, sit in a workshop doing home jobs for myself and attending breakdowns in a factory trying to repair broken machinery as quickly as possible. bit boring at times but the pay and holidays are worth it.

    Well id say i was kind of new to the diet thingy, but for some reason i havent struggled and my will power is garbage usually so no idea whats going on. iv also kept a diary of what iv felt like on every day and after a week any hunger disappeared, so it pays to stick with it :)
