    I think chicken, ginger and spring onions is about 4.5 syns per 360g serving and chicken in blackbean sauce is 5.5 syns. Boiled rice is free and fried rice is 4 syns per serving. These are the meals I tend to stick to.

    Pancake Day

    Hi I make the french toast but i put cinnamon in with the eggs and sweetner and serve it with mixed summer fruits, its yummy and really moreish. Without the sweetner it is eggy bread, which is just as nice especially with a couple of rashers of bacon.

    I know that when you reach target you are allowed 3lbs either side of it, however should your 3lbs below target mean you have reached another half stone / stone bracket, i.e you are due another shiney, do you still get it? Hope this makes sense. Melissa x
