    I've cheated! HELP

    I've been doing really well, lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks and now i've gone and cheated, with a macdonalds, 3 bags of crisps and chocolate :cry: Do I need to start all over again?

    I've lost 11pounds!!!!!!! :happy036: i'm soooo happy that this diet works for me, the alli one did nothing! Hopefully on my way to getting into my wedding dress :D One question, can we have extra light philly and dolmio sauce on cruise?

    My First Day

    Well I've started properly today :innocent0002: , has some chicken for breakfast (all I had in the house!) lunch was 2 mullerlights (toffee) with oatbran and for tea I made burgers with very lean beef mince, and an egg, I actually feel pretty full.... and a little sick, is this normal to feel sick?

    Well i'll have a tuna day today and do some serious shopping tomorrow! I've got some muller lights, they are fat free but fruit ones, can I have 2 a day?

    Oh and the Alli diet did not work for me at all, followed it to the letter but no joy :(

    I'm going to do attack for 7 days as I have about 40lbs to lose altogether, I follow a wheat free diet anyway which is high in protein so it shouldn't be too hard I hope!

    Starting soon!

    I'm starting the Dukan Diet on monday (isn't it always a monday!) I tried the Alli diet for a month but didn't lose a single pound :cry: I'm getting married on 24th September so need to lose at least a stone before then, hopefully more! :love047:

    yes I kept at 1400 per day, my usual daily diet was something like this Breakfast: 2 slices of toast, scraping of extra low fat spread Lunch: Ham sandwich with low fat ham and no spread, banana. Tea: Something like a weight watchers meal or some soup. Snack: pack of snack a jacks or slim a soup.

    Alli

    After being on alli for a while (over a month) I had my weigh in today, I haven't lost a thing! I've not cheated and have been walking 3 miles a day and doing aerobics too, to find that i've lost nothing is really disappointing, I don't understand what went wrong :confused:

    Alli and alcohol

    I've been on Alli for about a week now with no side effects, but since it's my birthday next week, can I skip my pill and drink alcohol? or can I still take it? I don't want any side effects!
