    I have now come to realise that I have been eating synned meats for quite a while hence the slow loss rate....the majority of the sandwich meats available in my local shops and supermarkets are synned, be warned be careful! it has to be less than 95% pork, chickn, turkey for it to be free

    as far as i'm aware it isn't too good (health wise) to do red days for more than 3 days continuous. You're supposed to have a break in between as in have a green day after the third red day. It is because too much meat isn't good for our bodies.
