    WW Scales

    Just thought id share that in Sainsburys they have these half price - now £15. They are digital body weighing scales not food weighing scales and show bmi/bodyfat & body water. Actually when I read my reading it quite depressed me :D But hey they are only going to go down not up :D BB x

    I dont know the scientific answer but I know someone I work with tends to do this and she has lost. However she will be the first to say that sometimes the weekend turns into long weekends and thats when she has to reign it back in ;)

    Garlic Bread

    I made this today and it was yummy! I couldnt get any wraps so used the warburton sandwich thins (50 cals for 1 thin which is in 2 parts) and that was 100 cals for the thin. Beautiful! BB x

    Low calorie but FILLING lunch options

    Ive been having covent garden soups with a warm pitta bread with a low fat yoghurt for pud. I find this along with making sure im drinking plenty of water keeps the hunger at bay - and I do allow myself a snack about 3pm of Pom Bears which are low cal crisps.

    Rachel, I know youre dissapointed but hey - you have lost something! Try and cut down on the lattes - try the cafe latte shake for one of your shakes and you might find you enjoy that. Keep drinking the water - it really does help. Heres to a good 7 days for you hun. BB x

    When to eat your snacks?

    I tend to get to work about 8.30 and have my shake about 9-9.30. Snack about 10.30 -11.00 Lunch about 12.30 Snack about 3pm Dinner about 5.30-6pm Snack about an hour after I think so long as you dont need any further snacks you take them when you like. Your body knows how to handle it...
