    AAM

    I plan on doing the AAM as it is a small step in my re-education of food. I figure it will help to start with portion control, although these are tiny portions, but portions none the less. The lesson is when the food is gone the meal is done...no more! I think you need to do what is best for you...

    Day 2 of SS

    Well done ~ I wouldn't worry too much about the bite of chicken as it has no carbs so shouldnt' mess with going out of ketosis.

    SS for 24hrs now doing well but have a query

    I use a hand mixer but not the whisk attachement but the one with the blade on it {does that make sense} I have found it best for removing any lumps as they are gross when you hit one.

    That is awesome! I agree with the home scales...I ended up putting ours in the garage as I found myself dwarn to it constantly and never getting on. If it showed a result I would not have liked I know I would have gone right to the fridge.

    Bad bad week. Restarting on New Note Tomorrow

    I think we all have our bad weeks or will do so. I am new to the program but was SO bad my first week I can't really call it a first week. This past one was better but my weight loss was no where near where I thought it would be. I am a bit disappointed in that but I know it will get better.

    Photos Having Lost 2st 7lbs

    WEll done...you must be so pleased with yourself. I started a week ago, and fell of the wagon after day 3 as we went away...bad time to start. BUT I am back on full force so hope to have better results. I love seeing what others have done so far ~ great motivation.

    Thanks for the warm welcome everyone...day #2 has been a bit rough only because I was thinking too hard about it. I don't mind drinking all the water but the constant trips to the loo is getting old. I am hoping that once my body adjusts I won't need the toilet as often.
