    Well that's me done it, have completed 30DS and feel fantastic for it. Will still be doing it on the odd when am strapped for time and need a quick work out. 6 week 6 pack starts tomorrow and alternated with BFBM. Well done everyone and keep up the good work.

    I think its a personal choice, only you know how you feel. Personally I think if it was me and I felt as bad as that I wouldn't go, no point in working out and making yourself feel worse, you should give it a miss until you feel better.

    I think it would be great to have its own forum. Have not shredded today, should do level 3 day 8 but have got no motiviation. Kids are on summer holiday now and I find it so hard to fit it in when they're off, plus still need to go shopping. Someone motivate me please!!

    Just done level 3 day 6, only 4 more days to go. I feel great for doing it, notice such a big difference in my stamina and cant believe I can actually do it, still sweat like a pig tho!! When finished am gonna try level 1 again just to compare it to how it was when I started. Well done...

    I ordered BFBM as well and should get it today. Have also just got 6 week 6 pack so gonna alternate between the two when finished shred. I did level 3 day 4 yesterday and was at boxercise last night, def feel stiff and sore today, especially at my stomach and legs.

    Done day 9 of level 2 yesterday, gonna do day 10 tonight. Think will give level 3 a go tomorrow and see what its like but am quite happy sticking to level 2 for now cos am still sweating buckets when I'm done so its obv still hard!

    Done level 2 day 7 today. I can do more or less all of the advanced moves and dont stop at all for a break but I sweat like a pig and do feel like I'm going to die. Its such a good feeling afterwards tho. Think I will stick at level 2 for a while until I can do it easily.

    I try to get up early to do it before work and set my alarm for 6 but never manage to get up to do it! Always end up doing it after work and so cant be bothered, especially when got 2 kids running around. At least I am managing to get it done tho.

    wii fitness

    Yeah I've got it, its really good. You can adapt it and choose you're own workout depending on what part of your body you want to work out on and you can make it easier or harder. Would def recommend it and its not expensive either which is a bonus!

    Wii My Fitness Coach or LTT?

    Hi Sorry have never used a Lateral Thigh Trainer so cant comment on it. I have used the Wii My Fitness Coach and would strongly recommend it. Think it is a good hard work out and you would def notice the difference if you stick at it and try and do it every day.

    Hi I think that sounds okay to me. The only thing I would maybe think is that you are doing too much on the Sunday and Thursday - could you not maybe drop a class or two on these days and do them on your rest day? Other than that - well done you for being so motivated!!
