    Well i came to conclusion, that i have been eating too much. Looks like that even on no limit diet i have to limit. I used to work out the same when on lipotrim and it didn't have negative effect, so it has to be food. And because of scale not showing any success, i fell of the wagon monday...

    THe one i take is 2250mg a day. And i never said i drink 5 l of water evryday. I drink more then normal on gym days, sure i sweat more there too, so replacing the fluids. O and forgot, i can't find anyway tuna in spring water, where do u get it? I use only in brine.

    So lost 6 pounds since the last proper weigh in (2,5 weeks?) !!! 2 more pounds and i will be the weight from before the holidays. So will finish catching up and can reach my goal weight. Hopefully before the end of november, because i have a big christmas party in the beginning of december!

    Are you moisturising as you lose?

    bio oil doesnt make me break out at all, its s dry oil so it doesn't make your skin oily. Most of any sort of discoulorations, darker spots etc, are gone, and my skin has very nice even coulor. I think it works , because a few people complemented my skin, and I wasn't wearing an make up!

    Love bio-oil, but use it only for my face, I should start to do the body as well. Like E45 body creams and baby oil in gel to use after shower on wet skin. It feels fantastic after!

    You can definetly loose 1st in 2-3 weeks, can't do that on any other diet. Some exercise will speed the loss up. Good luck!

    So 1st weigh in done. And is 15 pounds less! Was 18.3st , now 17.2st! Was 116.1kg, now 109kg! Delighted! A bit afraid of next weeks, because i know weight loss will slow down.And as I know from diets before, my body knows how to save the fat, against all the odds!

    Things that made my first week fly in...

    Great ideas. Had only cold shakes so far, love vanilla with coffee, but missing a hot "meal", definitely will try a hot versions. Anyone has some tips for chicken soup?
