    I looked in the mirror this morning and the cellulity look seems to have gone from my stomach. It alway a first sign for me that i'm gaining/losing weight, (still all over the rest of me though!) so hopefully on the right track... 1st WI on Sunday!

    Hey, I'm on day three and staying strong so far... was wondering how long you have all been on slimfast and what can I expect? I know with trying to give up smoking that day 3 and week 3 are the hardest times, thinking it might bne the same with dieting? any advice? :)

    Hey Goreygirl. Thats great you've made an appointmant for councelling. Definaltely go with the cleaning up. I let things like house work build up and you feel worse looking at it so can't do it and it gets even worse. Jus take a bit at a time and give yourself a reward at the end of each bit...

    Thats a great idea! I'm only on day 2 and am very moody. I also suffer a bit from anxiety and am not sure if its the diet or that, which feels a bit confusing. Think i'll try your method tomorrow if I still feel like this....:cry:
