    I would probably see how you feel tomorrow. If your first plan fits in with your activities best, stick with that. One day won't make that much difference. Feeling like you've failed two days in a row, if you don't feel up for it tomorrow, might do more damage. Good luck with what you decide!

    Today was supposed to be a dd, but I was back at work having been off for 2 days with a bad stomach....I was feeling wobbly at the start of the day so decided to leave the dd and just eat sensibly. Next dd will be Friday. Gues what the scales were today......yep, 13.7.2. No change there then!

    Been doing some thinking.....I've realised that over the last 2 weeks my eating hasn't exactly been low GL on uds, although dds have been better. I haven't been cooking much, there have been a few ready meals etc on ud evenings. So that is something else to focus on to get my weight moving...

    Goals for 2013

    At some point in the year, I would like to get to 12 stone and be able to maintain it. That should have me at a size 14, and while I would still be overweight, I'd be quite happy to stay there forever.... Much better than yoyoing up and down 2 stone for the rest of my life!

    Two nsv this week! I haven't worn my proper wedding ring since the start of the summer holidays, when it was getting too tight. It fits fine again now! Also, I wore a pair of trousers to work this week that I only just fitted in when I was 13stone, half a stone lighter than I am now.

    As Derbynanny says, be a bit careful about setting tough weekly targets, as you will get disheartened if you miss them. You will see a steady weightloss if you stick with this, but its not always rapid, it's more a way of life than a quick fix. But remember that you will feel fabulous well...

    Thanks for the good wishes....it went OK, although it was a few more calories than I was aiming at. I ate a smaller breakfast and lunch than normal, then skipped tea, and have retired to bed early! Next week I will try to be braver on my dd at work, but I'm happy enough with that one for a start.
