    I need a scary movie!!

    I watched 'Paranormal Activity' and it scared the hell outta me. I'm a huge fan of horror movies too and normally it takes a lot to scare me. Stay away from the films that just consist of gore since they are not very scary. Films based on true events can be quite frightening.

    Bingo Wings

    Might have to try this when I am at work, sounds like a good idea. I have just started holding a dumbell above my head and bringing it down slowing behind my head and then back up, I can feel it working the bingo wings so fingers crossed in a few months I will be able to wear sleeveless tops :D
