    Morissons own brand flavoured water are sugar and point free :) I stay away from volvic for the same reason as you, was drinking it and had the shock of my life when I looked at the nutrition label! I tend to find supermarket own brand versions are point free :)

    Ready meals

    I survive on them! I rarely have the time to cook from scratch. They worked for me the first time I did WW and seem to be working so far. I can recommend the Asda meals, their carbonara was nice :)

    Those baked stars from walkers. The sweet chilli ones are 3ppts. I seem to have relied on them as a quick carb fix, when fruit won't do it! The asda prepared fruit pots too. I'm always out and about so these are fab for me.

    As long as you don't have less than 16 a day it's ok (If I remember right, I'm 90% sure thats right!) You can save what you haven't had one day and have them another, if you want to, but as long as you're not hungry and you're eating more than 16 a day i'm sure it's fine :)

    Take a picture! Don't show anyone, but when you've lost a bit more, take another and compare, you'll be surprised! You see yourself everyday, so you won't have noticed the difference, but others will and if you have some pictures to compare to, you'll see all your hard work paying off :)
