    Wow - fab doner kebab recipe, tastes like the real thing!!!

    Made this tonight, it was gorgeous but a bit dry :( Like a lot of people I used extra lean beef instead of lamb cos I couldn't find lean lamb ANYWHERE! Will be making it again as once I put the garlic sauce on it took away the dryness. My fiance liked it too, so it must have been alright :)

    First Week

    I felt exactly like you a few weeks ago after leaving WW and joining SW. I didn't think I'd lose weight after eating so much, but I did and still am, and I'm sure you will too :)

    What do you eat before weigh in?

    Usually I just have a can of sugarfree Red Bull and 2 cereal bars LOL, but yesterday I accidentally ate 2 Kit Kats, a packet of Ryvita Minis, a yoghurt, a cookie and various other chocolately things (bad day, don't ask...). Still lost 2lb at WI later in the evening though :D

    RANT!!!

    To be perfectly honest I think I'd feel slightly annoyed too so I can see your point. But I'm losing weight for me, not for anyone else, so I'd let it go over my head and not let it wind me up too much :)

    has anyone NOT lost on their first week ??

    I've definitely heard of people who have STS the first week and then had a good loss the 2nd week. I think you need to be on the plan for a few weeks at least before you write it off, even if your first week isn't what you'd hoped for. Good luck :)
