hi guys - I got stuck in South of France last Thursday.....when I was supposed to fly home to Belfast....Thursday flight was cancelled...
so Easyjet transferred us to Nice to Geneva and then Geneva to Belfast Flights on Friday...got to Geneva but the flight to Belfast (s'posed to be on Friday...

hey there - Counsellors can charge whatever they want.....
I use the RRP - £1.70 per sachet (soup, shake, porridge) and £2.00 for bars and tetras (should be £1.97 but this is VERY awkward for customers paying with cash)

your body needs carbs to fuel aerobic exercise, can't convert fat quickly enough and you may burn...

Men on Sole Source need 4 packs per day - works out £47.60
You also have the option of Sole Source plus - can do 3 packs plus small meal (portion of proteni plus 2 tblsp veg) - works out at £35.70
Sole Source plus also has option of 4...

hey - just to clear up any confusion... Mark and J moved from LT to Cambridge (with me) early January 2009....both have lost the weight (loads of !) they wanted and are now happily maintaining.......not sure where you can get LT in Belfast (see thread below)....but you can get Cambridge diet...
garlic puree - not sure....:rolleyes:
diet coke - definitely NOT - contains citric acid which may kick you outta ketosis...:rolleyes:
chewing gum - not recommended - the 'chewing' releases saliva which can make you feel hungry....:rolleyes:
probably not the answers you were after - sorry...
hey - lots of great advice already....but, just to add - it doesn't matter when you have those calories, it's the TOTAL number of calories consumed in 24hours that matters......:)
some people don't feel comfortable eating later on...but we are all different and you need to do what works for...
here's a thought.....u need to OVEREAT (or drink) an EXTRA 3,500 calories to put on ONE POUND of fat !! :eek:
do you think that you have OVEREATEN 7,000 CALORIES and gained 2 pounds ?

ur very welcome....CD can be tough - especially the first few days....but stick with it - if you can get to day 4 or 5 when you're in ketosis then those awful feelings of hunger should go :)

your body (brain in particular) needs carbohydrates to metabolise alocohol and . while you're in ketosis, you just don;t have enough.....you will have a very bad hangover (at best) and end up very sick.....it's just not worth it and can be very...

hey - try not to panic......is there any way you could afford to move to a higher CD plan ?? 1000 plan needs 2 shakes per day and this would reduce your cost....
if not, what about trying the South Beach diet ?? it's kindof a healthy Atkins - low carb high protein......and the losses are...

hiya - I'm in Northern Ireland...and there is NO DIFFERENCE at all with CD plans here compared to rest of UK and I am in touch with CDCs in South of Ireland who operate the same.....:confused:
you can do SS or SS+ for up to 12 weeks at a time....in your 13th week you must step up to a plan of...
