    I tried freezing muller lights and they weren't really edible afterwards! Like rock... and not as nice :(

    How much do we really need our Image Therapy?

    I'm not sure what it is about staying that helps, but it does. I think it helps me feel I've made more of a commitment then just popping in get weighed. Good luck with your new group :)

    Inspired to read this. Don't know anyone else taking the pills, so it's really good to see how they're working for others. I'm doing a low fat SW diet too, which I hope will change my food lifestyle for good. It's such an overwhelming task... xxx
