    I weighed in for the first time yesterday a week after starting. I'd put on 1lb :( I don't know where I'm going wrong...I have been sticking rigidly to SF and had less calories than they recommend - only having about one snack a day and sometimes just half a shake for breakfast and lunch...

    Peanuts yes of course I'll report back...I've made a diary thread so I'll put it on there. Bridetobe - Yes I think that sounds pretty much how slimfast want you to do it - I think you're allowed 3 snacks if you get hungry :)

    Sunday 16th May What I've eaten today - Breakfast - I didn't feel like anything to eat ;) Lunch - chocolate shake with 2 scoops SF powder (230cals) Snack - pack of crisps (97cals) Snack - tiny sausage roll (50cals) Dinner - pasta, tuna and tomato sauce (about 700cals)

    PS forgot to say - the way I've been doing it is a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch, a mid-afternoon 100cal snack and then a proper dinner with chicken and salad or potatoes or pasta (as long as its under 600cals). You can have up to 2 more 100cal snacks as well I think throughout the day...
