    Oh thats rubbish when that happens. I reckon its the exercise - muscles retain water when you first start exercising (to protect themselves) - even if it slows down your weight loss just think how lovely and toned you will be.

    Esource and online are the same thing, there is no difference . For some reason the online access you get as part of monthly pass (or by getting the esource code from your leader if you pay weekly) is called esource and not "online".
