Does that fit in with your match day? We were away at Tranmere last week, so the shakes didn't really fit in timing wise...

    Scared to start refeed!

    Thanks TL, I like porridge and weetabix and also have skimmed milk, so will give that a go. Bit worried about my carbs, but I'm going to keep a diary and if my weight goes up, adjust my menus a bit.

    Scared to start refeed!

    I've now done ten days refeed and am now on my own, so to speak! Aaaggghh! I'm finding it hard not to pick, so have got lots of carrots and celery in, just in case. I'm worried about breakfasts, first one tomorrow, any ideas please?

    I felt like that for a couple of days about three weeks in, but it went and I've felt great since. Also I lost 7 pounds the first week and then 3 pounds every week since.     exercising on lipotrim

    I didn't feel able to start exercise until after two weeks. But I notice now during and after exercise that the ketosis kicks in and I can taste and smell it. I just upped my water as much as possible and it soon goes away. Not nice though.:eek:

    I add pepper to the soup and I love it. Doesn't seem to interfere with the ketosis.

    First day and lumpy problems....

    I went away the other weekend and forgot my shaker! Ever tried mixing a shake in a mug of water? It was the most disgusting lumpy mess ever! Won't make that mistake again. Try adding a spoonful of coffee to the vanilla and having it hot, like a mocha, delicious!

    Ketosis????

    I have now been on Lipotrim almost six weeks, haven't noticed the weird smell & taste before, until the weather turned really warm last Friday. Now I keep getting it. Could the weather be making me sweat more and therefore I need even more water!? Anyone have any experience of this?
