    Morning guys, Think I gave up on Atkins in about May time. During that time I have tried weight watchers and slimming world and not lost a thing on either of them. So here I am back on Atkins as this seems to be the best one for me. Day 2 and all is going well. xx

    I went through this stage when I did the diet. The thought of food made me literally gag .. it did pass in a few days but unfortunately I gave up (stupidly) after that. Im now on day 2 of back on the wagon . Good luck and work through it xx
