Possibly asking the obvious, but here goes...I have a weeks supply of Exante which I couldnt use as I have Lactose problems. Anyway my friend asked if she could use them, when I looked at the date on them the use by dates are all for today. Would they still be ok for her to use?

Have a weight loss of 3st in two months on a VLCD, with a BMI over 30?

This may be a siily question....what is the difference between Pro Points and the old WW points method. I bought a WW meal which had 9 pro poins on the packet. I used my old WW calculator that I put in amount of cals and sat fat, that said it was worth 5.5. Bit confused :confused:

Are the meals on Diet Chef still made by Look What we Found?

Good news is I have lost 6lb, bad news is not through diet, really bad diarrhoea (can never spell it) Cant do meal replacements anymore as the main cause appears to be lactose. Never mind 6lb in 4 days and even with that I still have enough fat reserves to last me 6 month ;)

Hi Mummyb well done with your 6lb loss. I started it yesterday, felt ok then got really bad wind pains in my stomach on the evening. I hope its ok tonight!

Started diet today had the Chocolate Orange Bar for breakfast took one bite and :sign0137: Never have I tasted anything so bad as that,anyway I threw it out and had the strawberry shake, which wasn't too bad. Hope the soup tastes better for lunch.

Good news, delivery came today. Bad news I have seven days of tablets which will take me up to next wed. oh well :banghead:

I have ordered a weeks pack to see how it goes, waiting for it to come. Now I have got a kidney infection, have been given antibiotics. Will I still be able to start the diet?:sigh:

Has anyone found that weight reduction has lowered their blood pressure? I always had normal BP 120/80 and that was at 3 stone overweight, since gaining another 3 stone!!! my BP is now 140/90. Dr has given me tablets to lower it which i am reluctant to take. I am thinking with weight loss will...
