    Will power ;) but at least you've recognised that it is comfort eating and due to stress!! I always find i crave sugar massively when I am stressed, so maybe you need to eat more fruit and have more green days? The fruit will relieve you from your sugar cravings and pasta and potatoes are great...

    I couldn't do EE I find red and green days easier and if i'm undecided i'll eat from the 'free on both days' page until i can + all my favourite foods are free on both :)

    OK mentally say to yourself "I didn't fall off the wagon" count the syns up you had that day and deduct them through out the week off your syns allowance that way you didn't fall off the wagon!!     if you are going to the gym you are toning up and muscle mass is heavier than fat, check your inch lossi'm sure it'll be better than you expect! when i workout i always weigh about 2 pounds more than when i don't! ;)

    If you are on a red day try taking bits of meat with you or for either days boiled eggs are great and they suppress your hunger!! I find fruit tends to have that sugar high that doesn't last long or can make you hungrier. muller lights are another thing? I also find hot drinks great for curbing...

    yep referring to slimming world! before i was doing a 1000 cal a week diet so eating loads which your supposed to be able to do with this is scaring me a little as either way its way more than 1000 cal a day
