For two, if we stick to a list then it's around £45 but if we go off list then about £65-£70 (which is expensive for us) so £120 sounds loads

You do your research and get it wrong - grrrrrrrr

Help - don't like my consultant

I'm sorry your consultant is not doing her job. Mine is brilliant, always available, always answers my texts and emails and always makes a point of saying hello or waving in when I'm just popping in to get weighed and straight out again.

    which plan do you prefer?

I've been doing it for 7 months and have stuck with EE however this week I'm going to try Green because you get the extra HE's and I'm finding lunches during winter a bit of a slog.

    I can't believe it, i went for a jog!

    whats for lunch

The lettuce is lovely in taco's as the meat is spicy and hot and the lettuce cool and refreshing. Hubby has even been swapping some of his taco's for lettuce. Here's tomorrow's lunch x 4

    slimming world food directory

I find the directory really awkward to use. I would prefer it to be listed in food items and then brands rather than good sin/bad sin then brands as I have to skim down the whole section for Morrisons (example) to find soup.

    whats for lunch

Lettuce wraps - my new addiction. I just mix up whatever I have in the fridge in the way of veggies, meats, low fat cheese, low fat mayo and wrap it all up in an iceberg lettuce leaf. As it's only the cheese and mayo that are sinned I can have 4 at lunch and feel like I've eaten 4 sandwiches -...

I really want to try Quorn

Thank you all for the recommendations. I think I'll start with the southern fried chicken burgers and go from there. I'm sure once I've had a taste and got over the TVP fear there will be no stopping me, after all I've managed to get over my fish phobia of 30 years.

I really want to try Quorn

but I find it really hard to get out of my head the horrible Textured Vegetable Protein dish I made in cookery class 20 odd years ago. Where would be the best place and brand to start. Thanks

    Why are weekends so HARD??

I really struggle at the weekends too. Think it's not having much to do. Out working during the week so by the time I'm home and made dinner it's not too long before bed. At the weekends it's 'ok had breakfast, what's for lunch' - nightmare.

    Newbie in my first week

Hi Fern, no my first weigh in is Wednesday. The hardest thing at the minute is not to get on the scales. I've had a tendancy in the past to get on everyday so I need to hide them somewhere. You've done really well by the look of your badges., I see you're near target.

    Newbie in my first week

Hi everyone :), I'm so glad I found this forum it's so full of encouragement and advise. I'm in my first week and today is the first day I've struggled. Mainly because I haven't had my filling superfoods so I know they do the job. Been to mother-in-laws and bless her she tries but she's more of...
