Technically your allowed 105 syns so dont beat yourself up about it and mark it as a flexi syn day.. I too had around 45 syns Sat night combination of curry and vodka and chocolate, So mark it as a flexi day and TRY to be really good all week... Good Luck :D

I dont go to meetings or online i bought the books from ebay and use the very very helpful people here and i am on my thrid week already lost 12.5llbs so you have an amazing bundle of support here and you have your books etc give it a go you can always go back to the meetings if it doesnt...

i think you have to be flexible especially if you have tried and failed on diets before.. SW EE is so easy even i am losing weight... and i have tried everything!! you have to find what works for you following it to the letter might work for one and not the other as long as the principle is...

I started on EE and lost 8.5 llb just find it so much easier however this week will be the test wheni find out if I have lost anything after the initial body shock lol

I usually have a muller light or some fruit or a 2 finger kit kat lol i dont think it matters though as long as its FREE!!
