    See, totm was to blame. I think your partner taking the scales is a good idea. I weigh most days as I live alone and don't appear to be disciplined enough not to look and some weeks I stay the same all week then on weigh day a pile of weight seems to have come off. I don't get it lol.

    Not really because it depends on your body shape and it also depends on the manufacturers clothing label policy. Try going by how loose clothes feel and take your measurements; you can then compare these to the stores measurements on their websites before you go shopping in most cases :)

    hehe no that's not a stupid question, not many folk have heard of them. Airwalkers are also known as gravity striders. It's probably better just to show you so check out this guy using one on youtube YouTube - Air Walker They are great, very low impact on joints and quite fun to use too :)
