    Gonna try and fill this in everyday. 10 miles cycling - DONE. Breakfast, 2 weetabix (heB), 150ml Skimmed Milk (half heA) Lunch, 2 small brown bread (heB), 4 quorn sausages, Pasta with plum tomatoes. Dinner, quorn chicken pieces and steak strips with chicken curry noodles (2.5syns).

    Always been a big drinker (not alcohol), so my fluid intake is always high. The first week of me eating more I was urinating ALOT more than ive ever done before and was hopin that was a good sign, but clearly not, lol.

    I'll also echo what was said above, sugar free juice or carbonated drinks in those little plastic lolly makers you can buy are perfect for a syn free lolly. Plus, if you make your own you get a heck of alot more juice.
