    just healthy eating and exercise, im starting a new zumba class soon and have ditched the takeaways :D i think i got addicted to them, i was craving them every evening. Had a healthy meal tonight though :D x

    thats a good idea :) i might try some recipe ideas mum would love me cooking for a change plus its only us too so it will be easy :) Tommorow is a neeew week and a new start nearly all better although i was ill earlier :S back on track now tho as i have the summer ball in 2 weeks :D

    How Much Do You All Gain?

    aw i love this thread :) at least im not the only one, i gain about 2-3 pounds its such a pain and i feel huge during that time, also i do put weight on because i crave salt and vinager sticks for the first few days haha :P

    yep it was kinda nice nt to feel hungery all the time lol i had a bad day today i gave into cravings and put on 3lbs :O :O so shocked it was that much, i was really upset earlier but i know whats gotta change so its ok

    aw wow well done :girlpower: thats such a good feeling isnt it :) i usally buy clothes way too big but i tried on a 16 and 18 dresses and the smaller one fit better :D

    100 miles (wii fit jogging, threadmill, walking how ever!!)

    good luck with this guys :) i would have a go but all i walk is about 1 mile home from college each day and i jog only on the short jog on the wii fit (and thats a struggle lol) also my astma doesnt help but good luck x
