    Glad its not just me, so many people seem to love them but I just find them to creamy and they really make me feel ill. Think I'm gonna have to do the same and cut my losses and just order some extra shakes to see me through the next 3 weeks, I love the shakes all of them & the bars too but...

    Things really should be made clearer in the book cos again it only says you can use tablet sweetners it does not mention that you cannot have aspartame, so I'm guessing it may be ok??

    My tablets are the sainsburys slendasweet and they say they contain aspartame, do you think it will affect me getting into ketosis??

    I'm a little confused now as we are told we can have tablet sweetners but they contain aspartame e, also I hope caffeinated tea is ok as that's what I have been drinking, just checked the book again and all it says is you can have black tea and coffee nothing about caffeine.     Day 1 - here I go!

    Good luck Exante, I started Monday and am finding it much easier than I thought I would, not really hungry at all, just fancying foods really!!!Not enjoying the soups at all but loving the shakes and bars!!

    Mine too, my first pack just arrived, was so excited been willing the interlink van to drive up the road all morning.Have you done it before Isis, its my first time, feel the next few days are going to be very long and painful, good luck to you. Just had banana shake no 1!!
