    The only lower limit is that your BMI needs to remain above 20- if it falls below that they will suspend you membership for your own good. I am over 10 pounds under my official goal weight and have been for 18 months and it's not a problem.

    It comes up as having a points value because fruit does have some carbs etc. That's why you can't just go mental on it and eat heaps and heaps! But the value of fruit is taken into account in your daily allowance, so as long as it's just fresh fruit it's 0PP. Hope that makes sense.

    To be fair to propoints, the rounding happened on discover too- for example, two slices of 0.5point bread were 1.5points. As to the petit pain, take the nutritional info for one, multiply it by two, and pop that in your calculator. Then you'll know whether it's 6 or 7, or maybe even 5!! :)

    WW advise that you should be losing between 1 to 2 pounds a week, which is exactly what you have done. Yes, some people have larger losses to begin with, but plenty don't. WW is only designed to make you lose 1 to 2 pounds a week. If you want higher losses, really you should try a different diet.

    Snacks that are high in good fats, such as avocado and unsalted nuts, are a good points booster You really shouldn't be eating as much under your points as you are. In time your points allowance will drop and you'll miss the extra points- use them while you've got them!!

    Pp in chewing gum?

    according to the shop book, wrigley's extra ice sugarfree gum (closest one that's in there) is 4PP for a 56g packet. I don't really understand how sugarfree gum can have points in it, don't think I'd bother pointing it to be honest, but I don't have chewing gum often!

    The "few take away PP" sticky at the top of this section has a few chinese PP on the first page. In general; rice is quite high, you're best going for noodles if possible, dishes like chow mein are lowest in PP avoid anything in batter/deep fried soups are pretty good value hope that helps :)

It's always worth double checking with the NV if you're having more than one of anything, as those wee half points can add up. It can also work out the other way...

    If you put in the NV for one and it says zero, believe it's zero. For more than one, multiply the NV by however many you are having, and put that it in your calculator, i.e. if you're having three, multiply all values by three then put them in. Then you'll know how many PP for more than one :)

    Yup, you get a shiney 7 for every half stone, a sticker at 5%, a wee keyring for your 10%, and then a gold key and certificate when you hit goal :)
