    Which carbs should i be counting?

    OK - so just I can be clear on this - for me! The label (UK) says - 6g Carbs / 100 - I therefore weigh 100g and hey presto I can count 6g. The Label (Non UK) says - 6g Carbs of which 3g is fibre / 100 and therefore I weigh 100g and only count 3g... Am I close?
