    I've made quinoah porridge..its lovely. i boil it up with some milk, vanilla, cinnamon and some sultanas or raisins. any fresh fruit over the top. kind of porridge meets rice pudding!! its very filling and so very good for you!

    I have started buying uht skimmed milk. It doesn't taste uht at all more like a fresh semi skimmed. My oh who is uht phobic cannot believe he actually likes it and my daughter calls it the creamy milk! Cheaper than fresh aswell.

    I bought some just yesterday. Twinings. Was very dubious at first but really enjoyed it. Tasted to me like a very subtle wrigleys! Had one after my meal and it also took away the taste for a sweet thing. Will be a regular in my house and would recommend.

    Exercise dvd! Jillian Michaels (biggest loser) 30 day shred. It's brill. 20 mins a day, 3 circuits of 3 mins strength, 2 mins cardio and 1 min abs. Doesn't sound a lot but its enough!
