I was here many moons ago but my health got in the way and I stopped trying to lose weight. I started a new weight loss journey in January 2023 and have lost 3st so far. But I'm stuck! I keep losing and gaining the same pound. I am 171lbs and want to lose just over a stone to get to my goal...

Thank you, I hope you're right!! only lost 1.5 in the last two weeks, bit pitiful but I have been running 1-2 times a week and I'm not cheating!!

Lost half a pound this week, bit disappointed actually as I thought I'd get my silver 7 today :( Ah well, still a loss.

Hi I have just been allocated this group by BlackWidow. Not sure what I do! I joined Weight watchers on 28th july at 192lbs and 2 weeks later I am 187, so 5lbs lost in total, 3 in first week and 2 in second. :) CP

Hi I joined WW 2 weeks go and I got a folder with some info about weight loss/recipes in it. A point counting chart thing. You get a small magazine each week and a tracker (thing to count your points on) Hope that helps. CP
