    Well good luck with exante - you won't find better loss's than a VLCD. The only think I would worry about with your 12 diets for 12 months is that you've spent all year learning different diets but not actually sorted any food issues such as emotional triggers or a maintanance plan.

    The reason I'm using the tesco bars is money, thanks to the xmass offer enough shakes for the next 10 weeks but only enough bars for the next 5 - I stocked up on the tesco bars instead of the exante as they were half the price and didn't have to mess around with delivery.

    Slimfast have a greater amount of sugar (not good) the others such as biggest loser/asda/tesco have very similar nutritional makeup as the exante bars - therfore your body should process them the same way - so in theory they can be used in conjunctin with exante products and not affect weigh loss.
