    Weighed in for first time in the middle of 2 poor days!

    Well, I weighted in for the first time on Saturday morning after a meal out on Friday night (my first real challenge). Went with what I thought where healthy(ish) options on the menu and wrote the points off for the day as I think it balanced... not a menu that's in the eating out guide though...

    AFAIK the only reason frying is bad for you is the added fat... using Fry lite stops that. So you just have to count whatever you're adding to the meal.. e.g. the fry lite (which is negligable if you don't go crazy on the spraying) or the skimmed milk = 0.5 points for 1/4 pint if memory serves...

    Small and Medium are both listed at 1.5 points, large as 2. Egg White is 0 points, it's the yolk that makes it "countable"
