    Superfree rules

    I just read somewhere that the quantity of free:superfree food has to be met in order to loose. What is the raitio of free:superfree. I know 1/3 of the plate has to be superfree so does that mean 2/3 free??? :confused:

    Also sometimes I think I abuse the free fruit rule. I adore fruit but sometimes I think the calories and sugar that come from these. 350 kcals in a punnet of grapes plus apples etc I probably eat too much.
