    Hey all, just a quick wondering from me! When you're using your calculator to work out points, if something is listed as have trace SF's, what do you put? I've been putting trace in as 0, as apparently trace really does mean trace! I'm just being nosy really! :D

    .....what are your favourite treats and their point values? I find it a little difficult working out point value for choc sometimes as a lot of it doesn't have the SF's on the back for me to calculate! I think I remember from last time that Malteasers are quite low, 3.5? Share yours! :D

    I'd say either use the Options idea or factor in points and have a treat! I think drinking tea makes it worse though, for me, tea and choccy always go together so it just leaves me craving even more! Lol

    Just a quick add on from me rather than posting a new thread! Are they worth different points depending on how they're cooked? I only eat them fried or scrambled, but when fried its with fry lite and scrambled is with skimmed milk, so would they still be 1.5 (s/m) or 2 (l)
