Hi, I know some may hate me for saying this but I only have a few pounds to loose (about half stone) hence I don't want to go to a meeting. Is ww possible to do purely using the online points calculator if I already know the 0 point foods and the amount of points I'm allowed a day?

    Points needed please.

I have something which I have named 'special on toast'. Its the crust of a loaf of bread toasted (usually thick slice) and pan fry (no oil) fresh tomatos, mushrooms, basil, chilli, black pepper and then add a dash of balsamic vinegar. How many points would this be?

    Butter Mintos

Anyone any idea who many points these would be? They are the generic ones that you buy from supermarkets. The packet doesn't detail cal or sat fat per sweet so am clueless at how to point them. Tempted at 0.5 each but dont want to under or over point them. Thanks
