:wave_cry: Hi All Wondering if someone could shed some light on meringues for me... Asda merignes have trace fat and very low cals can anyone advise roughtly how many syns...I'm too much of a disaster making my own though i know it would be better for me.

You by them in B & M Bargins £1 a bag, they come in large bags like kettle chips etc. You can also get the individual packs for about 30p/40p i'm guessing they are 30g bags. They only sell the balck pepper or the cheesy ones. I'd recommend them as they're more filling than normal crisps but...

Hi peole, newbie here :wave_cry: I'm wondring if any of you have had Warburtons Chippdy Doo Daa's Pitta Chips Cheese or Black Pepper. To me they seems pretty low calorie wise :confused: but i'd love to know syn value for say 25g's worth if anyone could help?? :D Thanks!!
