Hi Im doing EE an was wondering - I use semi milk in my coffee (I have 3 cups per day) but then dont use milk for the rest of the day - so im not getting through 250ml. Could I use half of my milk allowance, and half for cheese? (i have tesco half fat cheese) per day?

Hi Thanks for this - however do you have the syn values for EE? Specially for Tesco Pasta in sauce Cheese & broccoli ... I read somewhere to just use the Green syn value - but is this correct for everything?

I suffered with severe ibs for years- within 15 mins of eating it would pass straight through me. Embarrassing and very painful and am so glad I have got rid of it. I could never pin it down to anything in particular- but after losing a stone it went.....perhaps the eating well routine solved...

One tip! Make sure you have your tomato mixture rather runny as the pasta layers will zap up any moisture and can leave the lasagne quite dry if you don't.

When they say to mix the eggs - not beat them - do you mean to break the yolk but not mix into the white? and when adding the cottage cheese do you mix it well into the eggs?

Hi When I make cous cous salad I use Ainsleys Harriots (0.5 syn per 100g!!) mixed with chopped tomatoes, spring onions and halved grapes. I find the grapes really sweeten it making it delicious. Make your own tomato salsa to go with it! delicious!
