    Afternoon everyone, Week 2 weigh in this morning and lost 10.5lbs, I note the 0.5 because i set myself a target of 10 and that takes it over :) I hammered the exercise last week and am now shattered, a day off i think........ Hat's off to all of you would can stick with this for months...

    Another bloke here, on day 14. I get dizzy when exercising but no black outs thankfully. I'm doing this for 28 days, the another 28 days on no carbs, then healthy diet and continue exercising.......

    Vanilla shake!!!!!

    Going back to the first post and the Dr saying you can have skimmed milk..........do you think this means I can put skimmed milk in a cup of tea a few times a day if i only drink 2/3 of my evening shake? I really miss a cup of tea............. :(

    Other benefit to the curry powder in the soup is that it seems to sort out my constipation concerns the next morning get two birds stoned at once :)

    Congrats!! So worth the first week isn't it? The best news is that it no gets even easier!!! This time last week i would have taken a bite out of the dog given half a chance, now I feel fine!

    Spent hours today looking into this and there a few select spices that can be added that won't take you out of ketosis. It seems the primary reason for "dont add anything" is that the bland flavour is deliberate to keep you from thinking about other food, so no curry powder in my soup and im not...

    Best time to exercise

    I've enjoyed playing badminton since school but never took part in any organised activities. Well done to you for progressing so quickly, It's not the easiest sport to play and I get a much better work playing it as opposed to squash. Looking forward to it but have jelly legs already :)

    Hi All, Just picked up my first batch of Chicken Soup flavour shakes and a friend has said I can add a wee bit or curry powder and black pepper, sounds yum after 5 days of vanilla and strawberry. Can I use cayenne pepper?

    Afternoon everyone, Is it best to exercise before or after one of our tasty shakes? I had read that first thing in the morning is ideal before you eat but after a glass of water but that's not always practical.

    tbh I find all the shakes hard to finish, but I've not tried the chocolate. I'll order some of them too, Glad i was advised on here I could drink peppermint leaf tea, going down a treat today. I've tried all sorts of combos and i'm only on day 5, favourite so far is crushed ice with 2 spoons...

    Flapjack = 4 week old dried out moose jobbies......... Shakes are getting nicer by the day though :) Got some chicken soup ordered for tomorrow for a wee break from vanilla and strawberry.

    Cool, some one newer than me :) I'm on day four now and your right about the weekends! Well done to start it ahead of the weekend, I started with a huge hangover as I thought it would be all down hill then after day one, didn't quite work that way but I'm still 100% Good luck!

    Brilliant to see all of you having such success with this diet, a real motivator!! I'm finding keeping the blog is helping, I was awake till the wee hours last night and I think without that (and a wee read on here) I would have been more tempted to stray!
