Starting out and new here :)
Well although my CDC is on holiday......my first unnoficial weigh in is a loss of 14lbs!!! Sooooo pleased but gosh it's been tough.- Olanth

Starting out and new here :)
It's not been easy at all so far but now im firmly in ketosis it isn't so bad. The worst part is over the lunch period when all my colleagues are sitting down with plates of the junk food i used to enjoy so much and i just have a tetra and a bottle of water to keep me going.
