    Starting Afresh after a week of gluttony!!

    i m taking a quick break from the ironing to have (another) glass of water, cant sit o/side cos all I can smell is bbq..... by the way, is sweating a lot a normal side effect and does it mean that I ll just be losing weight from water loss??

    I only started on Weds (packs were late !so just ate little on Tues) and i ve found it really easy, I also was out of control and eating to the point of obsession, I d put 46lb on since Xmas...I cannot believe that I have managed 4 days..and dont feel hungry, I cant wait to get weighed on sunday...

    Another question...sorry if I sound a bit dim, I ve also been prescribed Xenical by the doctor but reading the leaflet it says it just stops you absorbing fat from food. As I m eating no fat is it really worth taking them? Has anyone else ever tried the two together?
