    Hi babybaby. You will go into ketosis if you follow the guidelines for either Simplicity or Lifestyle plans. You're limited to only one bar per day and I think maybe also to just one spaghetti per day, but hopefully someone else can come along & confirm that for you.

    Unfortunately, I don't eat meat or fish, so it's a bit of a nuisance. I was asking Weasy on mfp about her changing back from being a veggie and I can see it would be a lot easier to eat less carbs/more healthily if I did, but I don't think I can. That's why sns is great - all veggie!

    Dill's a herb that's included to flavour the pickling of a lot of gherkins. Krakus use a lot of dill I think and their's are the yummiest gherkins, deffo!

    Strictly speaking, I don't think eggs are part of sns plan, but I know some people do have them (& me!) and also people have mentioned having pickled eggs too. I suppose you just need to be careful that there's no sugars in the pickling vinegar.

    I only started last week & I never really ate tv-dinner type food before, but I find it easy to get the weight-watchers or tesco light choices meals. All the calories are already counted for you and then I can add veggies and salad and it's quite filling.
