    Hi minimins can anyone help me work out syn allowance for oven baked breaded chicken? the packet states 297 calories per breast but some of that will be for the chicken, does that make sense? how do we work out the syn value of the breadcrumbs? as the chicken would be free? thanks

    Thanks 4 that ladies what a great read! I think u start atkins thinking no bread,pasta.potatoes etc. Free meat and veg! But really as u said its all about counting the carbs! Week 1 almost done and not 2 bad! Havent had any cravings. thats a plus! : )

    Hello everyone can I just ask if this is correct? Bought a vegetarian gravy mix and it states on the packet, Per 100g,Carbohydrates 6.0g of which sugars 0.3g. So therefore is it 6 or 6.3g? P.s is this a good one to buy? Container only holds 130gms and you only use 3-4 teaspoons at a time!
